Engineering for UCLA Residence Halls
PEI provided engineering services for the cold-formed steel exterior wall framing for the Olympic and Centennial residence halls (formerly referred to as the UCLA Lot 15 Residence Hall). These twin eight-story student housing complexes opened in Fall 2021 at the northwest corner of the University of California, Los Angeles campus.

Tailored MEP & Structural Solutions Across Two Campuses
At West Hills College's Lemoore campus, PEI provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and construction documents to replace two existing HVAC units with new air handling units in the maintenance building, connecting them to the campus's existing chilled water and hot water systems roughly 75 feet away.
At the college's Coalinga campus, PEI provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for a new modular central utility plant, calculating demand requirements building by building and coordinating directly with the plant vendor.
