A facelift, engineered top to bottom for Target.
PEI provided structural, electrical, and civil engineering and construction documents for façade improvements to an existing strip mall and anchor store, remodeling the exterior with a new canopy at the anchor store, a modified site plan for ADA compliance, a new patio area with retaining walls, and retrofitted parking lot lighting. PEI prepared the full document set required for Planning Department review, including site plan, floor plan, building elevations, sections, material board, and colored renderings.
Structural, electrical, and civil engineering, delivered as one coordinated set instead of three separate consultants, is what let this remodel move through planning and into construction on schedule.
