Hotel Design: Historic Aesthetics with Modern Engineering
PEI was selected to deliver end-to-end architecture and engineering for a new six-story luxury hotel in downtown Fullerton, California. Featuring 132 guest rooms, a vibrant rooftop bar, and an integrated parking garage, the design carefully mirrors Fullerton’s 1930s architectural character and harmonizes with neighboring historic landmarks like the Train Depot and Old Spaghetti Factory.
By executing land survey, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering entirely under one roof, PEI streamlined discipline coordination from ground-up design through construction, delivering a high-density destination that feels like a natural piece of the city’s historic fabric.
